This is a standard CPT Issue of radio, It is mainly used for communication around the CMA force...
It looks like a old 2001 Radio still Used by the Civil Protection Team today..

A creation for the purpose of tying, The CMA use it to tie citizens in a Block sweep, or for Mal-compliance reasons.
Its also used for Binding People to objects.. But its not recommended

Each Unit gets a issue of Kevlar for what rank they are.... The higher the rank, the Stronger the Kevlar.
Kevlar is a rubbery substance that protects the chest of the Unit, It doesnt block all damage dealt. it just slows down the Impact rate.

Usually used to cut things like zipties, or rope... Always used for cutting, just remember

A standard 9mm Combine Civil Protection Issue. It is often used for a Amputated situation, Or for a CMA units own protection.. (RCTs have to have permission to use this Weapon)

Used by officials 01+... They pack a high fire rate, and have a bullet spread of about .5 Very common in the High Ranking CMA

Standard DvL+ Issued Weapon.. It has a very large Nozzle to give it accuracy from even far away distances.

Issued for the OTA, this weapon packs a deadly punch, usually Burning their people to death before the wound becomes serious.. Only OTA can use this because of their ID locked.. Usually though when they die, the ID lock unlocks and anyone... Even the Resistance can use it.
